The Medlar Cottage Breakfast

Medlar Cottage takes its name from a much older Medlar tree in the back garden. Each year the tree produces lots of blossom & bountiful fruit which Jenny uses to make the ' Medlar jelly'  to be sampled at breakfast!

Home baked bread, croissants  

Selection of preserves/Home made marmalade, jam, Medlar jelly

Full English breakfast: Choice of: Eggs (Poached, Boiled, Fried, or Scrambled), mushrooms, tomatoes, Grilled bacon, Sussex sausage, Baked beans, Fried bread, sauté potatoes or Hash Brown   * Vegetarian sausages on request

Omelette with choice of filling

Home made salmon fish cakes

Kedgeree

Kipper fillets

Toasted muffin/bagel with Scrambled egg & smoked salmon.

Apple or jam pancake
